| Travelling costs to Court will only be paid where the practitioner has office premises 5 kilometres or more from the Court to be attended, and where an appearance is required in a Court in a town other than where the practitioner has office premises, only with the prior consent of the Commission. Travel over a distance of 40 kilometres will not be paid on any non-Court attendance unless prior consent of the Commission has been obtained. Mileage for car expenses will be paid at the rate of 40 cents per kilometre. | |
