Anglicare - responds to Tasmanians living in poverty and crisis. Provides accommodation, counselling and employment services.

Centacare - the official welfare agency of the Catholic Church in Tasmania. Services include family support, parenting programs, employment training, children's programs, adoption, and help in combating family violence.

Centrelink - the federal government agency delivering a range of services to the community.

Child Support Agency - administers the Child Support Scheme and helps separated parents take responsibility for the financial support of their children.

Community Legal Centres (Tasmania) - website links and contact details are available on the National Association of Community Legal Centres website.

Insolvency & Trustee Service Aust - the government agency responsible for the administration and regulation of the personal insolvency system in Australia.

Law For You (Tasmania) - Australian law explained in everyday language. Includes factsheets on Family, Money and Superannuation issues.

Law Stuff (Law for Young People) - legal rights information for people under 18. Includes sections on "When the law says you are old enough to..." and "Kids Rights".

Relationships Australia - an organisation that offers resources to couples, individuals and families to help enhance and support relationships. Contains information on building better relationships and problem gambling.

Salvation Army - assisting people in need without regard to nationality, race, belief, sexuality, ability, or judgement of behaviour.

St Vincent de Paul Society - offers a number of services in Tasmania including aged care and housing and homeless services.
