Our Services

Free legal advice is available to everyone through our Telephone Advice Service. Use this service for any legal queries you may have, to find a Justice of the Peace, Commissioner for Declarations or Notary Public.

To find clinic days, times and locations in each of our offices see the Clinic Advice Service. This service enables you to speak to a lawyer regarding a criminal or family law matter.

If you are at the Magistrates Court the Duty Solicitor may be able to help you with information about court procedures, bail applications, pleas and penalties.

The Legal Aid Commission conducts Primary Dispute Resolution (PDR) Conferences for people involved in family law disputes. These conferences assist separated parties to resolve issues regarding children and property without the need to go to Court.

Seminars on various legal topics are held by our lawyers from Community Legal Education who will visit your community group, organisation or school.

Legal Representation - Our lawyers can act for you if you are granted legal aid.
