Self Help Kits

Boundary Fences Kit - 24kb PDF file (5 pages). This kit contains Notes Regarding the Boundary Fences Act (Tas) 1908 and copies of the Notices to Fence.

Property Settlement Check List - 88kb PDF file (1 page). This list is a suggestion as to what information to take to your Family lawyer regarding yourself and your former spouse.

Factsheets

The factsheets provide general information on the matters that we regularly receive queries about.
