Property Settlement Check List - 88kb PDF file (1 page). This list is a suggestion as to what information to take to your Family lawyer regarding yourself and your former spouse.

What's the law?

What's the law? is a resource for teaching new arrivals about Australian law. It is a tool to use in ESL classes or community settings and has tips on how to deal with legal questions that might come up.
