The CFMHS provides community and inpatient mental health assessment, treatment and case management for offenders, or people at risk of offending, who have a mental health disorder. Potential clients need to be referred for assessment. CFMHS has a Court Liaison Officer who provide assistance to people who have mental health problems and have to go to Court.

- The provision of Court Support and Liaison Service for victims of family violence (as part of the ‘Safe at Home’ project)

Youth Justice Services provides assistance for young people in conflict with the law through the provision of different orders by the Police and Magistrates. These are community conferencing, community service orders, supervision support and custodial services.
