CBS provides a wide range of support services across the state of Tasmania to people who are frail aged, people with disability and unpaid carers. Services include Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program services for older people, NDIS and Home and Community Care services for people with disability, Carer Support services for unpaid carers, and a range of other services that assist people to stay living at home for longer.
We live by the philosophy of ‘assisting with’ rather than ‘doing for’ people, knowing that most people want to be in control of their own lives and want to be as independent as possible. We strongly believe in the principles of wellness and reablement and work with individuals to achieve their goals in life. We want you to live the best life possible and we are here to help you do exactly that.
