We provide legal services to help Tasmanians understand their rights, navigate the system to resolve their legal issues, and get the assistance they need.

HCLS provides legal information, advice and representation to people in the greater Hobart region primarily in relation to welfare rights, employment, child support, discrimination and consumer credit law.

LCLC provides legal information, advice and representation to people in the greater Launceston region primarily in relation to welfare rights, disability discrimination, employment and family law.

North West Community Legal Centre

NWCLC provides legal advice and services to people in North West Tasmania on issues including family law, motor vehicle accidents, administrative law, criminal law, neighbour disputes, consumer credit and residential tenancy law.

WLS provides a statewide service for women in relation to family law, separation and divorce, property settlements, family violence, child support and child protection.

The Tenants’ Union of Tasmania provides information, legal advice and representation to residential tenants on matter arising from their tenancy, including repair issues, bond disputes and evictions, as well as offering community legal education programs for tenants, support workers and others.

RLS provides advice to refugees, asylum seekers and other humanitarian entrants who reside in Tasmania.

EDO Tas provides legal advice, representation and information in relation to environmental issues including conservation, planning, pollution and environmental health.

Worker Assist provides assistance & advice to injured workers in relation to workers compensation, returning to work after injury and the asbestos related disease compensation fund.
