Travel - proof of vaccination

Proof of vaccination can be requested through your Australian Medicare online account in MyGov, or the Express Plus Medicare app. Read about how to get proof of your vaccination on the Services Australia website.

You can also add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Check in TAS app on your mobile device. Find out how to add your certificate.

If you are not able to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations online, you can:

• Ask your GP to print your immunisation history statement.
• Call the Australian Immunisation Register and ask them to send your proof to you. It can take up to 14 days for your statement or certificate to arrive in the post. Call on 1800 653 809 Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Vaccination clinics cannot print your statement or digital certificate for you.
